Why I got involved in politics

I got involved in politics to help bring about change. The Ireland my generation grew up in is vastly different to the one we find ourselves in now, and young people have driven that change.

I want to see a more inclusive and community led Ireland and I want to help bring about that change.

My priorities

My priorities for Dublin 5 & 13 are bringing community led planning to the fore, making council services more accessible, and delivering a Garda Station for Dublin 13.

My background

I became involved in politics from a young age, as I wanted to help make Ireland a better place as we came out of the recession a few years ago.

I’ve been involved in many campaigns locally, including Marriage Equality, Repeal of the 8th Amendment, Michael D Higgins’ Second Presidential Election campaign as Director of Elections for Dublin Bay North, and ensure that a new school in the D13 area was an Educate Together.
