Seanad backs fertility leave 

On Wednesday 29th November the Seanad voted in favour of Labour’s Bill to provide up to 20 days paid time off work for early pregnancy loss, and up to 10 days for any person to access fertility treatments.

It’s a massive milestone in our long journey together since we first introduced this legislation in 2021. 

Now we need to get it through the Dáil! 

More than ever, we need your support to get the Government to act to make this the law. 

Please sign our petition and share it with your network to ensure that the Government will act to bring this Bill through the Dáil as soon as possible and legislate for the supports for those who need it.
