Labour Party Leader Brendan Howlin will announce the refreshed Labour Party frontbench spokespersons at 4.15pm today at Archbishop Square, directly opposite the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Kildare Street between the Department of Agriculture and the National Museum.
