Why I got involved in politics
As an active member of the Labour Party since my early 20's I am passionate about serving my community.
Represent all the people of East Wicklow & beyond.
Wicklow Town-native Paul O’Brien is your East Wicklow County Councillor, elected in 2019. As an active member of the local community, Paul is working on the many causes that are important to him.
He grew up locally, and is passionate about his community. Social and affordable housing has to be the main priority for any local representative and Paul will continue to fight for those in most need.
