Labour to select South Euro candidate – Sunday 2pm

The Labour Party will hold our selection convention for the European Parliament South constituency on Sunday 3rd March at 2pm in the Imperial Hotel, Cork City.
One candidate will be nominated, and there is a contest with two names going forward for selection.
These are former Labour TD for Clare, Michael Mc Namara; and the President of the Irish Congress of Trade Unions, and outgoing INTO General Secretary Sheila Nunan.
There will be a media doorstep after the convention at approximately 4pm.
