Launch of the UNFPA 2021 State of World Population Report
Members of Oireachtas All Party Group on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights support launch of flagship United Nations report in Ireland
The All Party Group on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights is holding a photo call to support the launch of a flagship report from UNFPA, the United Nations sexual and reproductive health agency.
The ground-breaking United Nations report, My Body is My Own: Claiming the Right to Autonomy and Self-Determination, will be formally launched during an online event hosted by the Irish Family Planning Association, Secretariat to the All Party Group at 12.30pm. The event will be chaired by Senator Annie Hoey, current convening co-chair of the All Party Oireachtas Interest Group on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights.
In light of Covid-19 restrictions, the 26-member All Party Group will be represented by Senators Annie Hoey and Lorraine Clifford Lee on the plinth.
