Labour Women actively campaign for women’s rights and equality in the Party and nationally. They have strong links with other women’s organisations and groups across Ireland and regularly campaign on issues together. Labour Women organise events and trainings around the country and are well known for the support they offer to women candidates during elections.

The Labour Women Executive is elected at Labour Women conference, which takes place every two years.
